Ensure that Flathead Lake is at 2,893 ft (full pool) June 15 - September 15 every year to support agriculture, ranching, recreation, tourism and the biological opinion.

1) Participate in finalizing a Drought Management Plan that ensures: 

• all stakeholders have been equally considered
• has been approved through both federal reviews and public hearings
• it is implemented in the event of a drought

2) Pass congressional legislation to require Flathead Lake to be at full pool June 15 through September 15, and within one foot of full pool during that period and during a drought, with the only exception being for flood control.
